Eggs: all come from our flock of birds, except at times when we're waiting for a new flock to start laying.

Cow Cheese: Our main supplier is the Byers Farm near Mercersburg, PA. In winter we also get from Keswick Creamery near Newburg, PA.

Goat Cheese: Our main supplier is Pipe Dreams Fromage, near Greencastle, PA. In later winter, when they're out of cheese, we also get from Little Antietam Goat Dairy near Quincy, PA.
