Poultry & Dairy

Eggs: The majority come from our flock of birds, except at times when we're running low. Additional eggs then come from the Byers Farm.

Cow Cheese: Our main supplier is the Byers Farm near Mercersburg, PA. In winter we also get from Keswick Creamery near Newburg, PA.

Goat Cheese: Our main supplier is Pipe Dreams Fromage, near Greencastle, PA. When they're out of cheese, we also get from Little Antietam Goat Dairy near Quincy, PA.
